NMRV worm gear motor is a specific gear composition in which a screw (worm) meshes with a gear/wheel similar to a spur gear.
The set-up allows the user to determine the rotational speed and also allows for a higher torque to be transmitted.
This mechanism can be found in heavy machinery.
Main Materials Housing: die-casting aluminum alloy(frame size: 025 to 090); cast iron(frame size: 110 to 150); Worm: 20Cr, carbonize & quencher heat treatment make the hardness of gear's surface up to 56-62HRC, retain carburation layer's thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding. Worm wheel: wearable stannum bronze alloy.
Surface Coating Aluminum alloy shell First of all, the shell through surface pellet blasting treatment, and then through special anti-corrosion treatment, to maintain the sense of silver white metal, and through the corrosion treatment of gasoline, xylene and other organic solvents. After phosphating treatment, spray RAL5010 blue or white paint in the shell. Cast iron shell: spray red anti-rust paint, then spray blue RAL5010 paint in the shell.

Q: Can I get the 3D and 2D drawings?
A: Sure, we have the standard drawings. Also, the input size of the gearbox can be customized according to different motors.
Q: Do you have an individual design service?
A: Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold development costs and design charges.
Q: What's your lead time?
A: Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard products, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
