Tempered Glass,also known as toughened glass,is a heat toughened safety glass. It under goes a special heat treatment to provice significant increase of resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses than conventional annealed glass. When the glass beeaks,it fragments safely into small pieces with dulled edges.
Feature
1. The tempered glass can afford pressure over 95MPa on the surface.
2. Good performance:anti-curve, anti-impact, 3 to 6 times better than normal glass.
3. It has high stability even under temperature changing from 200 to 300, the normal glass can only afford 70-100.
4. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.

Our Tempered glass is made of high quality float glass, Low E glass,frosted glass. The tempered glass are mainly exported to the United States, Europe, Australia, South Korea, etc., and are generally well received by customers.
Production EquipmentTempered glass
Tempered glass is made from annealed glass treated with a thermal tempering process. A sheet of annealed glass is heated to above its "annealing point" of 600 °C; its surfaces are then rapidly cooled while the inner portion of the glass remains hotter. The different cooling rates between the surface and the inside of the glass produces different physical properties, resulting in compressive stresses in the surface balanced by tensile stresses in the body of the glass.
2. If the glass does break, there is far less risk of injury from broken pieces.
3. More opportunity for large areas of glazing without substituting your safety, including framless designs such as doors, showers screens table tops and so on.

Q. What is your payment term?
A: For new customer, we can accept TT 30% in advance then 70% against shipment. It can be paid by T/T, L/C at sight.
Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is one full 20 feet container, but for trial order we can negotiate.
Products of different sizes and specifications could be mixed in one container.
Q. Can you supply a free samples?
A: Yes, but you need to provide the shipping cost.
