XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, which is
used in three-phase four-wire or tn-s systems with AC voltage below 500 volts. XL-21 low-voltage power distribution box is installed against the wall
and overhauled before the screen.
Structural features
The XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a closed type. The outer shell is made of bent steel plates. The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used to switch the power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the busbar. There is a door in front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box is exposed
and easy to inspect and maintain. This distribution box has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient inspection and maintenance, and flexible combination of line schemes. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses as short-circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. The front door of the box can be equipped with operating buttons and indicator light.
Use/ Maintenance / Repair
After the power distribution box is installed or overhauled, the following inspections and tests must be
carried out before it is put into operation (the inspections and tests after overhaul depend on the quality
of the overhaul). Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed inside the power distribution
cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings.
Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible and there should be no
jamming. Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good and whether it meets the use
requirements of the electrical equipment itself.
Check whether there are any other foreign objects inside the power distribution cabinet and whether there is any loosening of the solid screws in each part.
