Lpb-800 Burner System for Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation

LPB line burner system is packaged design for for direct/indirect air heating applications, max process air temerature is 400°C. Burner capacity from 400Kw to 6000Kw, depends on project heating requirement. The burner system is easy for wall mounting and duct mounting, depends on process furnace, the complete burner system include LPB burners, fuel train, control cabinet.

For duct heating mountings, you can use recirculation air, max upstreams temperature is 250ºC, max process air temerature is 400ºC. LPB burner system power supply 230V AC/50Hz or 115V AC/60Hz as request

LPB line burner is well designed for air heating applications, very good for clean fuel gas firing, nature gas, propane. LPB burner performances very high effiency with fixed combustion air, whatever process air flow changes or not, the line burner keeps very stable performance with it's own blower, the burner turndown ratio reach 40:1, it will help increase temprature very quickly, and sustain the process air temeprature very stable, could be in ±1ºC. LPB line burner delivery very low NOx and CO emission with air temperature under 400ºC.
