Working principle of the equipment:
This device is composed of a set of high-speed servo channeling eccentric butterfly grinding disc station and two
sets of high-speed channeling wire drawing wheels. Eccentric butterfly grinding disc station can remove scratches
and marks on the surface of the workpiece to achieve specific surface lines, drawing wheel station can achieve plate surface polishing, wire breaking, filament functions. Wet processing, each station is equipped with spray before and
after, through the processing, processing efficiency is high. The conveying system is equipped with rubber conveyor
belt and rubber press roller clip to feed the material, and the conveying system is variable frequency and stepless speed regulation. The overall connection of the equipment is unified working plane height processing, the use of up-moving design, the transmission platform is fixed, the first group of eccentric butterfly grinding disc lifting cylinder control, the second group, the third group of wire drawing wheel station is equipped with lifting adjustment hand wheel, which can adjust the height ofthe wire drawing wheel and compensate for the consumption of wire drawing wheel wear. Equipped with 304 stainless steel automatic paper tape filter, the dust is environmentally friendly filtration and absorption, while providing circulating grinding fluid, for the operator to provide a good working environment, recycling grinding metal powder, to achieve environmentally friendly production.
