Summary
An aggregate of solid particles is called a powder. Solid particles are the basic units of powders. Thus measuring powder particle size distribution (or powder particle size) instrument referred to as powder particle size instrument.
The team has more than 20 years of experience in particle size characterization and application development, and has developed China's first commercial laser particle size analyzer. The powder particle size meter for measuring powder particle size distribution is a new generation of powder particle size meter based on years of scientific research results and integration of a number of patented technologies:
(1) The abnormal change of Airy spot (ACAD) and its influence on particle size measurement were found, and the interference of ACAD phenomenon on the inversion of light energy data was solved.
(2) Original polarization space filtering technology
(3) Oblique trapezoidal window technology.
(4) The unified scattered light energy inversion algorithm eliminates the problem that users have to choose inversion modes, and different modes have different results.
(5) Distributed system dual motor drive and continuous monitoring of liquid level.
