Q: Can I get some samples ?
A: Yes. We can offer you samples to check product quality, and some even could be free, but it's should be your side to cover the freight cost.
Q: What material are of your products?
A: It depends on what material you want to order, it could be sterling silver, gold or copper. We usually make rhodium, rose gold or yellow gold plating on the surface of jewelry. The stones we set on the jewelry are AAA cubic zircon.
Q: What is your payment method?
A: T/T, Western Union or Paypal.
Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?
A: We usually choose DHL/UPS as delivery company and you will receive goods from 3-7 days after payment.
Q: What's your policy for the maintenance products?
