Established in 2004, Dongguan Jing Hong Hardware Ornament Co., Ltd started as a manufacturer of bag accessories like zipper slider,puller,logo plate, belt buckle, snap hook, cord end etc(we still keep our original factory name for the memory of those hard times). After years of development, we have been widely engaged in souvenir and promotional metal gifts such as keychain, badge, bottle opener,dog tag, coin, medal, bookmark, necklace.
We adopt advanced production technique and computerized tooling equipment and successfully obtained Disney license in Nov of 2015.The factory now have employed more than 80 workers including 10 technicians and engineers and consists of Product Design Department, Mold Tooling Department, Die-Casting Department, Stamping Department, Polishing Department, Assembling Department,Coloring Department, Epoxy Coating Department, Packing Department and Independent Quality Control Department. All the raw & auxiliary materials have passed environmental and lab testing. The products can meet European RoHS standard,Japanese NE71 standard and the standard of American Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (Lead & cadmium-containing and other
elements) We not only produce customized products, but also develop new items.

Q1: How Can I be ensured that the order will be produced and delivered safely
A1:Both us will keep close touch from from development of the item to final production. We shall give you the virtual proofs or phisical samples for approval before proceeding production. Without approval, we shall not go ahead. All our incoming materials and each process in production will be checked and monitored closely. Finally our goods will be 100% checked before shipment
Q2: What's the order process?
A2: Inquiry and design >quotation >arrangement of samples>sample approval>confirming order and paying deposit> Production +Shipping after full payment
Q3: Can I get approval samples?
A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: Can I get virtual proofs and what's format of the artwork?
A4: Virtual proofs are available free of charge and will be provided prior to production on orders unless otherwise stated on purchase order. If revisions are required, a maximum of two revisions are available free of charge Preferred File Formats: ai-Adobe Illustrator .eps - Encapsulated Post Script .pdf - Portable Document Format
Q5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A5: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when some are needed in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
Q6. What kind of tests can be done?
A6. Normally nickel free, low cadmium content, lead content constriction, Reach, Rohs, EN71 and salt spray test can be done and pass
Q7: Do you accept third party audit and inspection?
A7: Yes, we accept third party audit and inspection like SGS, ITS etc. We already have Disney, Universal and Sedex audited
