General introduction :
RTFD-GZLY series vacuum freeze dryers are commercial type, used for mass production, shelf area from 1m2 to 50m2 .
It uses Bi tzer refrigeration unit, condensation temperature -75ºC,with stable and reliable performance .CIP, SIP systems can be options.

GZLY series vacuum freeze dryers are widely used in blood products, vaccines and biological products, chemical and medicine field. In large pharmaceutical companies, freeze dryer is widely used. For injection product, freeze drying process can improve the quality of medicines and storage period.

Scope of application:
Used in pharmaceutical industry . Not only suitable for products in bulk (in liquid, solid ,paste state,etc) , also suitable for product in vials. Filling liquid into vial, put on rubber stopper half closed, freezing and drying process will be finished inside drying chamber. After drying, completely close the vial by turn on stoppering system.It can avoid secondary pollution and re adsorb water, and easy to preserve for a long time.
