1.When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so we will regard your inquiry as priority.
2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require sample for checking of quality. It's our pleasure to provide sample for your evaluation. If you need sample with your customized logo livery, we will charge USD50.00/color to cover the cost on printing film.
3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high resolution JPG
4.Can you do the logo livery artwork for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in designing and manufacturing. Just send us high resolution images of your Logo and text. We will complete the artwork and send you for confirmation.
5.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay sample charge and approve the artwork, sample(s) will be ready for delivery in 15 work days. The sample(s) will be sent to you via express and hopefully will arrive in 3-5 work days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
6.What about lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on order quantity and the season you place your order. The best record we keep is delivering 8,000pcs of resin model planes or 50,000pcs of ABS plastic / die cast model planes within a month. Generally speaking, we suggest you send us inquiry two months before the date you would like to receive the products in your country.
7.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the most convenient or cost-effective terms for you.
