MD550 Portable Full Hydraulic Drilling Rig:
MD550 portable drilling rig is an efficient, lightweight full-hydraulic power head drilling rig. The drilling rig can meet 360° all-round drilling, it is widely used in geological core drilling, geotechnical engineering prospecting, mining exploration, especially suitable for diamond wireline core barrels coring, horizontal directional core drilling, with the characteristics of easy operation, easy movement and high coring rate.
2. Infinitely variable through-hole power head, equipped with infinitely variable plunger motor, can freely change between high speed and high torque;
3. Constant power hydraulic control system, which can automatically adjust the absorbed power of the hydraulic system according to the mechanical load;
4. Multi-function console, integrated electric-hydraulic control, can be randomly matched with power combinations according to construction requirements, and can monitor the operating status of the engine, the drilling speed of the mud system, and the torque and speed of the pressure drilling system;
5. Equipped with 1.8m stroke feed system, can drill at 45-90°, and equipped with horizontal drilling module, can drill at 0-45°, it can be constructed with 3m drilling tools, and it can also be used for SPT standard penetration test directly;
