MDT-30 Portable Drill Rig is a kind of small portable drilling machine and It is applicable to the drilling operations of prospecting & exploration, geophysical exploration, road & building construction exploration and blast hole boring.

The drill rig is of the following features: 

1. Reasonable technical parameters, higher mechanization degree and lower labor strength;

2. It adopts the hydraulic feeding mechanism, with a convenient operation and higher drilling efficiency;

3. Rotary table can be removed away from the wellhead with the front frame, realizing a wide operation area. It can be applied to various drilling ways;

5. A transfer mechanism is equipped in transmission case, which helps perform quick hole-cleaning.

WTY-30A drill rig has the following new features:

1. Transmission case is equipped with an externally mounted dry clutch, characterized by compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance.

2. Rotary table is equipped with a lower-mounted spiral bevel gear pair, which features in stable running, sufficient lubrication and longer using life; it is directly connected with transmission case and the auxiliary gearbox has been dismantled (not installed), realizing the compacter structure; a Φ40 oil cylinder is adopted, with lighter weight; the chuck is equipped with a ball clamp and a handle-positioning device is added, making operation more reliable and easier; the weight of rotary table assy. has been decreased by almost a half.

3. A high speed gear (578r/min) is added, which is applicable to the core drilling with Φ76 diamond bit when dealing with the hard rock.

4. The cantilever supporting in planetary gear device of hoist has been changed into a double-supporting structure, increasing the hoisting capacity and service life.

5. The spec. of section steel of drill rack has been improved, which increases the overall rigidity and strength of the frame.
