2.Machine details:
Capstan form:
The material is ZG45 steel, surface is overlay welding, thickness >5mm, surface roughness is less than Ra0.8, hardness HRC is more than 55, the interior part of the capstan is by the process of ZnAl corrosion spraying. The effective life of the capstan is over 22000 hours.
Die box:
(1)Die box is consisted of cooling water box and lubricate box
(2)Die size:Buyer provide
(3)The inlet part of die box has automatic mixing device, can set interval stirring time, the rest passes are ordinary soap powder with soap powder automatic mixing device (Stirring rod deep into the die cone mouth, can set the time interval agitation. )
(4)The balance of turning roller is to use air cylinder, detection of angular displacement is to use non-contacting sensing type.
(5) Dust suction holes are provided in front of each die-box as well as the pipe that will take the dust at the back of the machine.
Cooling system:
Capstan and die box use cooling water supply separately with low water pressure and high flow design, no significant effect on the water drop, the cooling effect is stable. Capstan use narrow slit water cooling, single-pass flow: 0.45L/s; pressure: 80-120kPa; mold box cooling method for direct-invasive, single-pass flow: 0.2L/s; pressure: 80-120kPa.
Driving type:
Use high efficient narrow V-belt + hard surface gear reducer or two stage high efficient joint belt, 24 hours continuous working system, noise is less than 82db.
