Q1: What is the MOQ? Can I have a trial order?
A: Our MOQ can be 500 PCS of each model ( If we have goods in stock, then MOQ can be 100 PCS )
We accept small orders by LCL shipments and FCL shipments
Q2: Is OEM order acceptable?
A: Yes, we accept, but we need product drawings or real samples, and we need you to indicate all your request
Q3: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally by TT. Prepay 30% deposit, and then 70% balance be paid by BL copy
We also accept 100% L/C at sight
Q4: What is your leading time or delivery time?
A: For samples, normally will take 5-10 days, if mass production, then need to see customer's order quantity, if for 1x40' container, then normally will take 25-30 days
Q5: What is your warranty?
A: Normally 1 year. We can provide you some spare parts free of charge in your containers for you to do the replacement. If there are some quality problems or issues with our products, we can undertake the costs and try our best to help you to solve the problems
Q6: When can I get the quotation?
A: We will try to quote you once we get your inquiry, latest quotation time will be within 24 hours, hope this is ok for you, but if you are very urgent to get the costs, please send us urgent email or call us directly, we will quote you priority
