Installation And Operation Method Of Grinding Machine Head (1)Fix the bracket and the bracket seat on the base of the grinding machine; (2)The grinding head placement on the support seat; (3)Adjust the height, lock the hand fixed; (4)Lift the afterpress head piece (knob) and put the sample into the holder; (5)Adjust the sample pressure: adjust the knob to test the pressure on the sample, and tighten the lock handle on the grinding head. (6)Open the power supply of the machine and the head successively. The head will run with the machine at the speed of 50 r/min for grinding. (7)It is recommended to grind down every 3 minutes to check the progress of the workpiece surface. When polishing, it can be extended to 5 minutes.
