Jiangxi Fandian Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in design, manufacturing and sales of auto aluminium alloy wheels. Our products cover forged wheels, casting wheels and flow forming wheels.
Currently there are about three hundred employees in our company, nearly thirty percent of them are professional engineers or technicians, and the core members have more than twenty years experience in alloy wheel industry.
We have advanced production equipment and a sound detection system. The main production equipment includes: 2 sets of energy-saving smelting furnace, 40 gravity casting machines, 2 sets of continuous heat-treatment line, 50 sets of CNC machining equipment, 60 sets of forging equipment,1 set of flow forming production line, 4 sets of fully automatic coating line. The detection equipment includes: spectrum analyzer, X-ray detection machine, dynamic balancing machine, leak testing machine, salt spray testing machine, impact testing machine, radial fatigue testing machine, bending fatigue testing machine, etc..
Our producing process is strictly followed by GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 quality management system, and our products are in full compliance with requirements of TUV and VIA.
Our wheels have been exported to Europe, America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and other overseas markets. FAQ Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: We generally pack our goods in pearl Wool,plastick retainer shower cap and the plastic bag with protectiveaccessories. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letter.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB or CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: It will generally take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. For stock order, it will take 7 days after receiving your advance payment. Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to bear the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Yes, we do 100% inspection before delivery
