Product Description
The medium-speed beside-the-press granulators of XFS- series are used together with plastics molding machine. It is designed to crushing various shorts, reuse and semi-finished products made of plastic and rubber materials such as softPC, polycarbonate, nylon, ABS and so on in sheet, twig or mesh shapes. The machine is characterized with compact structure, attractive appearance, convenient in operation, optimized rotation knife design to achieve lowest energy consumption and higher cutting efficiency.
Features:
· Highly finished cutting tools made of imported special tool steel, the clearance of which are adjustable. The cutting tools are durable and can be ground repeatedly.
· Recovery can be completed within 30 seconds.
· There is no need to grind collectively and therefore the equipment can always be kept clean and dry. Low speed and with sound isolation, so the noise is very little.
· Equipped with double spacing switch and automatic sudden stop arrangement. It can efficiently guarantee the safety of operators.
· Inlet hopper is designed specially with antirust device which can efficiently prevent from leak and pollution in the grinding process.
· Outlet hopper perfectly designed makes it quite convenient for operators to clean the machine.
