Magnesium Heat Sink The raw material of magnesium heat sink is magnesium alloy, which is an alloy composed of magnesium and other elements.
Magnesium alloy characteristics: low density (about 1.8g/cm3 magnesium alloy), high strength, large elastic modulus, good heat dissipation, good shock absorption, greater impact load capacity than aluminum alloy, resistance to organic matter and alkali corrosion it is good.
Magnesium heat sinks are mainly used in industries such as aviation, aerospace, transportation, chemical industry, rockets, electronics, and automobiles. Magnesium and magnesium alloys are the lightest metals among practical metals. The specific gravity of magnesium is about 2/3 of that of aluminum and 1/4 of that of iron. It has the characteristics of high strength and high rigidity.
