This device is the new idea of portable induction heating method, in the old times, if you need to heat a metal part, you have to use nothing but fire (oxygen-acetylene). It somehow has the potential danger for the man who use it.
Thanks to the electro-magnetic induction theory, now we can use only electricity, with a voltage lower than 36v on the coil, it will be safer than any other means heating. Fast and clean, easy to adjust to any position.
This device generally used in
1. In the Garage repairing center: rusted bolt are not easy to remove from the old component, with KIA-1KW, you can heat it to nearly 800 Celsius, then removing old bolt will be much easier than you ever.
2. Annealing: there must be a time when you have few metal parts hard for machining, you can use it to do small parts annealing, for a bigger size parts, and you will need our stationary equipment, the KIH series or the KIU series induction heating machine.
