Product Description
Our company was established in 1960's, it used to be the second largest factory in China and the third largest factory in Asia for textile accessories and spare part. The nozzle is made of selected raw material and its surface is treated with vacuum treatment . The selected material and advanced processing facilities make our produces accepted and satisfied by more and more customers.
It is widely used for weft insertion of main nozzle of loom of Picanol, Tsudakoma, Toyota, RIFA, Red Flag, Shengdelong, Shengquan, Haiying, Changling, etc. and customized accessories according to customer requirements.
The head of nozzle of air-jet loom is made by calendering process.
The most commonly used auxiliary nozzle is made of stainless steel. The stainless steel plate is heated, then calendered and stretched to become a bottle cap shaped thin-walled part with large circumference and low height, and then calendered for many times to gradually calender the shape to the shape of the finished product of the auxiliary nozzle.
