I. Main machine
1. Head box: Especially chose opentype headbox , which comprises square cone tube, ladder diffuser, homogenate roller, box, etc., step diffuser, perforated roll, and so on. The step diffuser is Grade 3, which is made of organic glass. The top and bottom lip are made of stainless steel, and can be global and local regulation.
2. Fourdrinier section: The length of fourdrinier table is 18000mm,and the stand is covered with 1.5mm stainless stell, welded with section steel, except the draw-out position with aluminum alloy. Fourdrinier section comprises breast roll, forming board, scraped water board, wet suction box, suction flat box, vacuum couch roll, mesh drive roll, electric tightener, pneumatic corrector, tight mesh of constant tension, cutting the water needle, revise edge devices and so on.
3. Press part: Use vacuum feed paper leader, a series of vacuum press and three series of straight-through press.
4. Dryer part: 28 pcs of φ1500mm dryer can,1 pc φ3000mm big can , The arrangement of dryer cans are 6+6+ 6+8+ sizing machine+8, adopt sealed gear drive, thin oil lubricating. 5. Winding part: Equipped with horizontal winding machine
6. Drive and control: AC frequency conversion speed regulator, processing transmission, digital sealed ring control system.
