| | Inner Frame According to the different demands of customers, Decor selected grate LVL/finger joint wood/solid woodto make the inner frame, which makes the doors durable and not get deformation. Door Core There are various of cores could be chose to meet client's budget and special demand: solid wood core, particle chipboard core,tubular chipboard core, honeycomb core, semi-solid core, perlite(door core of fire door) etc. Door Skin Selected the grade material like MDF/Plywood as per the weather and humidity of different countries to avoid the deformation due to thermal expansion and cold contraction. Finishing Unfinished, painting(water based painted), primed, veneered, and HPL/melamine/PVC finishing etc for options, many choices for satisfy every customer tastes. |
