Manual Electrostatic Flocking Machine

Brief introduction
XT-F04 is one type of particular designed electrostatic flocking machine for deep corner products or more production capacity required flocking job. It's widely used for non-standard shaped and strucutred products such as autotmotive glove-box, storage box,dashboard etc.

Working principle of XT-F04 
the fluff in the barrel is sprayed by the squirt gun by the high-pressure air blown and atomized under the agitation of the motor. The amount of cashmere and the mixing ratio of the air of the fluff can be adjusted. Adding fluff in the barrel does not require shutting down the flocking machine, and is mainly used for the operation and production of large automated production lines.

Scope of application:
