1,The manual sorting platform consists of belt conveyor, platform,silo,safety protection device,light steel workshop (optional) etc, material is along with material to the sorting platform.
2,Such as plastic, paper, fabric, battery, glass etc will be sorted and put to different silos by workers.
3,The left material will go next step , the belt conveyor takes frequency converter and places at middle part.
4,There is a silo for every station at both sides of sorting platform.
1,Material of manual sorting platform:
The hopper frame is made of equal Angle steel, and the side plate is made of Q235A steel plate; The main beam is made of hot-rolled H-shaped steel; Reinforcing bars are made of hot rolled channel steel and equal Angle steel. The column is made of hot-rolled H-shaped steel; The column and bottom plate are made of Q235A steel plate; The tread frame is made of hot-rolled channel steel and equal-edge Angle steel, and the cover plate is made of 3# pattern aluminum plate.
2,Manual sorting platform safety protection: both sides of the sorting belt conveyor are equipped with emergency stop buttons.

The working modes and technical principles of manual sorting and mechanical physical screening are relatively mature.
