Product usage: This magnetic separator is an important iron removal equipment in ceramic production. After the ceramic slip passes through the magnetic separation of the machine, the iron, diamond, nickel and other metal powders and their oxides contained in the slip can be removed, and the black melting spots and molten holes in the ceramic products can be eliminated.
Product structure: This equipment consists of a hand wheel, a slip inlet valve, a sewage valve and a host machine.
Working principle: This machine is supplied with DC excitation power by a specially prepared silicon rectifier control box. After energizing, the honeycomb filter in the working chamber is magnetized. When the slip passes through the filter, iron, diamond, nickel and other metal powders and their oxides will be adsorbed on the filter.
