Welding positioner belongs to welding auxiliary equipment suited for jobs requiring rotary fixturing & positioning for welding & grinding & polishing & machining & assembly etc.Welding positioner provides lifting, tilting and rotating function to manipulate workpiece mounted on the table-top to any desired position for optimal position. We have various models which cater for workpiece loading capacities, ranging from 100kg to 5000kg.
It can operate with welding robots to combine automatic welding center, that can greatly improve welding efficiency and quality of welding. It has been widely used in boilers, petrochemical, shipbuilding, automobile, steel and many other industries. The device structure is advanced, full-featured, flexible control, easy to operate, is to improve the quality of welding and welding automation to achieve the ideal equipment.
