Mica sheet/plate is formed by bonding, heating and pressing mica paper and organic silica gel water, in which mica content is about 90%, organic silica gel water content is 10%.
Hp-5 hard white cloud motherboard.The product is silver white, temperature grade: 500 ºC under continuous use conditions, 850 ºC under intermittent use conditions; HP-8 hard gold mica plate.The product is golden color, temperature grade: 850 ºC under continuous use condition, 1050 ºC under intermittent use condition.Excellent high temperature insulation performance, the highest temperature up to 1000 ºC, in high temperature insulation materials, has a good cost performance.Excellent electrical insulation performance, the voltage breakdown resistance index of ordinary products is as high as 20KV/mm.Hp-5 hard mica plate is a kind of high strength plate material, can still maintain its original performance under high temperature conditions, it is widely used in the following fields: household appliances: electric iron, hair dryer, toaster, coffee pot, microwave oven, electric heater and so on.Metallurgical and chemical industry: power frequency furnace, medium frequency furnace, electric arc furnace, injection molding machine, etc.

A4size Samples are free supplied, customers just need to pay a litter shipping charge.
Q3: How can you guarantee the quality of mass goods is same as the sample sent to me before?
We kept another same sample and marked on company when we sent to customer. So our production
will be based on and also we will test the product before shipment.
Q4: Which package do you use?
Package is important part to avoid goods breaking in transportation. We will choose suitable packing depend on materials.
Package&Storage:
Packed in rolls and in carton; store at room temperature; avoid fire. The storage period is 12 months.
