Introduction:
This pleated polyester filter cartridge reduces sand, dirt, silt, rust, and scale particles in residential and commercial water. The filter is made of resin-impregnated cellulose and polyester media pleated around a polypropylene core for strength.

Cellulose Polyester pleated water filter cartridge is for for a larger filter surface area, longer cartridge life, higher flow rate, greater dirt holding capacity, lower pressure drop, and more efficient sediment filtration when compared to other sediment filters which use different types of filter media such as resin, melt blown, spun, string wound, etc. 

 Additionally, this sediment pleated filter is able to be cleaned and reused between cartridge change-outs to reduce filter replacement costs.

It is for use in various applications, including whole house drinking water purification, swimming pool pre-filtration, irrigation, and industrial processes, among others.
