Advantages of bag
Bag-type dust collector generally refers to bag filter, is a dry dust filter device. It is suitable for collecting fine, dry and non-fibrous dust. Filter bag dust collector used textile filter cloth or non textile mat is made, using the fabric filter effect of dust filters, gas when dusty gas into the bag dust catcher, large particles, major dust, due to the effect of gravity settling down, fall into the hopper, contains the fine dust of gas through the filter material, the dust were blocked, the purified gas.
(1) The bag-type dust collector has high dust removal efficiency, which is generally above 99%. The dust concentration in the outlet gas of the dust collector is within tens of mg / m3, so it has high classification efficiency for fine dust with submicron particle size.
(2) The range of treatment air volume is wide, the small one is only 1min several m3, and the large one can reach tens of

(5) The bag filter dust collector can operate at high temperature above 200 when using glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84 and other high
temperature resistant filter materials.
