2.What are you payment terms?
We can accept payments in USD, Euro or RMB. The payment terms are negotiable but generally accepted are; T/T, L/C and O/A terms.
3.What are your lead times?
Lead times range from 15 to 40 days, it is generally accepted that new clients can expect 30 day lead times.
4.Do you OEM/ODM?
Yes, we welcome all OEM and ODM orders and do our utmost to support your brand. This can include marketing assistance, social media assistance etc...
5.What's your guarantee and Warranty?
Our products come with 12 month guarantees and up to 3 year Warranties.
6.Can I be confident in the quality of your goods?
All our products go through extensive product testing and quality controls. We are a six sigma factory with extensive testing on each product. We also provide free spare parts and if an issue does arrive we are more than prepared to send more parts or send over engineers to fix the issue.
7.What about your working conditions?
We are a BSCI and and SA8000 certified factory. Our employees are what makes up our company and we make sure that we treat them as part of the family. All wages, bonuses, overtime pay are way above the industry standard. A happy worker is a better worker.
8.Which port do you ship your goods from?
We own 4 factories in different provinces around China. We use FOB Ningbo, FOB Lian Yun Gang and FOB Qingdao.
