Product introduction
The fluidizer (flow aid air disc) is mainly used to destroy the arching phenomenon caused by the powder material leaving the warehouse. It is usually composed of stainless steel mandrel, rubber cushion bed, built-in check valve, sealing gasket, electric lock nut, hose connector, etc.
The flow aid air disc is made of wear-resistant rubber material, which can produce both blowing and vibration at the same time when working. The compressed air sprays out from the silo wall all around, and the edge of the air disc will produce high-frequency vibration due to the constant change of air pressure. All these effectively promote the downward flow of powder and granular materials in the silo. Intermittent operation is recommended. The product is installed on the upper part of the discharge port in groups, which can promote the smooth discharge through the pneumatic principle. It is one of the ideal accessories for the warehouse.
