Description:HB series helical bevel gearbox is a brand-new rigid tooth flank gear unit with wide application areas, which has the feature of a large torque range, a design of unit structure modulization capable of horizontal mounting, and vertical mounting, which has a solid shaft, hollow shaft and hollow shaft with shrink disk. With carbonized high-strength good-quality alloy, the series features high-efficiency and long lite-span, permissible and radial loads, low noise, high reliability, compact structure, and so on.
1. The housing of one size can realize parallel shaft, rectangular axis, horizontal and vertical mode, which reduce the parts variety and increase the specifications.
2. It's sound-absorbable structure, lager housing surface and big fan reduce the temperature-increasing and noise, and with the advanced grinding technology adopting on cylindrical gear and bevel gear, the transmission reliability and efficiency have been increased.
3. Input mode: Motor connected flange mode, shaft mode.
4. Output mode: Solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or solid shaft with spline and solid shaft with flange.
