The working principle of the plastic extruder mainly includes the following steps:
1. Feeding: Add plastic raw materials to the hopper.
2. Conveying and compression: the screw rotates in the barrel, transporting the raw materials forward and gradually compacting.
3. Heating and plasticizing: the heater outside the barrel heats the raw material, and the shearing and mixing of the screw plasticizes the raw material into a molten state.
4 Extrusion molding: Under the push of the screw, the molten plastic is extruded through the head to form the required product shape.
5. Cooling and shaping: The extruded products are cooled and shaped by the cooling device and finally processed.
