It is mainly used for furniture decoration.Paper is combine with 3 layers:
1.Base paper
2.Ink on the base paper (have difference color and design)
3.Amino resin (to protect the ink and have a anti-tape surface, gloss is about 15 degree.
This is the cheapest surface decor film for furniture, it can be used as a surface directly.
Lamiation:Cold paste.
PU Paper Foil is kind of decor paper which has already been lacquered on its surface, and customers can use it directly on laminating panels or wrapping, etc.Paper thickness range is 30g, 40g, 45g, 60g,70g,80g and so on, or according to customers' special requirements.
It is printed with qualified base paper and is printed into wood grain or solid color designs, then it's applied polyurethane (PU) coating on the surface,providing a highly scratch-resistant, stain and dirt-resistant, tape-resistant surface for various panel boards (chipboard, MDF, plywood, etc) lamination.
