The new HRSS-150 Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester is a multi-functional hardness tester that integrates Rockwell, superficial Rockwell, and plastic Rockwell measurements. It features an 8-inch touch screen and a high-speed ARM processor, providing intuitive display, user-friendly interaction, and easy operation.
Product Introduction
1.The body is made of high-quality cast iron, formed in one casting, and treated with automotive paint for a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2.The measuring device utilizes a grating displacement sensor, displaying results on the LCD screen, and allowing for the display and setting of test scales, test force, indenter type, holding time, unit conversion, etc.
3.Electronically closed-loop control applies the test force, fully realizing the automatic operation of force loading, holding, and unloading.
4.Built-in testing software allows for correction of the machine's hardness values.
5.Convenient control system that enables automatic unit conversion for all hardness scales.
6.Incorporates a built-in printer and data output via RS232, USB (optional) interface ports.
7.Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.
