In 1980s, CN GPOWER introduced the license of marine gearboxes from Lohman-stolterfoht Germany, including GW, GC and GVA series' design, manufacture and testing drawings and standards. Now, through 30 years' development, CNGPOWER can meet the personalized demand from ship owners and provide classification society certification, such as CCS, ABS, LR, BV, GL, DNV, NK etc. CN GPOWER brand marine gearbox has won the "Top- brand products made in China".
GW series gearboxes can be divided into 17 specifications, among which the maximum input power is up to14, 450KW with reduction ratio ranging from 2 to 6.
GC series marine gearboxes are of single-stage design and can be divided into two types, i. E. GCS (input and output shafts are vertical offset arrangement) and
GCH (input and output shafts are horizontal offset arrangement). The center distances range are from 450mm to 1, 250mm totally 14 grades. The matching maximum power is more than 10, 000kW.
GV series marine gearbox combines two low- power diesel engines to realize multi-work conditions and multi PTO output. The existing products' specifications include 1000, 1050, 1120, 1125, 1250, 1400, 1500, 1700, 1875, 2050, etc. And the range of the center distance between two diesel engines is from 2m to 4.1m. GV series are divided into GVA series without clutch and GVW series with clutch.
CQ/CA series are high performance lightweight marine gearboxes, CQ/CA series gearbox covers mating power 200-1600KW, input speed 750-2300rpm and reduction ratio 1.5-20.5, which is used for fishing vessel, passenger ship, liquid cargo carrier, container ship, LPGship, ro/ro ship, pusher, barge, etc and suitable for one-engine, two-engine and three-engine propulsion systems.
The company has constantly strengthened matching capacity for inland navigation vessel by perfecting the design and manufacture of high-speed marine gearboxes, and supplied a large number of multifunctional gearboxes applied to maritime engineering vessel.
