Marine plate for the hull is divided into strength grades according to its minimum yield point: general strength structural steel and high strength structural steel. Ship plate refers to the hot-rolled steel plate produced in accordance with the requirements of the classification society's construction codes for manufacturing the hull structure. The general strength structural steels of China Classification Society Standards are divided into four quality grades: A, B, D, and E (that is, CCSA, CCSB, CCSD, CCSE); the high-strength structural steels of China Classification Society Standards are three Strength level, four quality levels.
The yield strength of A32, D32, E32 steel plate, and F32 is not less than 315N/mm^2, and the tensile strength is 440-570N/mm^2. A, D, E, and F indicate that they can each be at 0°, -20°, The impact toughness that can be achieved under the conditions of -40° and -60°;
Marine Plate is mainly used in all places except special steel. It is mainly used in construction machinery, mining machinery, heavy vehicles, bridges, other engineering structures.
