It is mainly used for cutting, perforating, slotting, and one-time processing of special shapes in custom-made panel furniture enterprises. It can also be used for multi-process modeling processing of home improvement or cabinet door panels.
The bed is welded by thick steel pipes. After high-temperature tempering, it is processed by CNC gantry machining center at one time, and the structure is stable and never deformed.
The three axes are all imported rectangular orbits imported from Taiwan, the Z axis is imported precision ball screws, and the XY axis is equipped with ground gear racks and imported high-precision helical gear reducers. The Y axis is driven by double racks and double motors. The machine tool can run stably at high speed.
