PVC-O pipe extrusion line for pipe size Ø90mm- Ø400mm
This kind of technology for PVC-O pipe involves process of controlling the circumferential and axial orientation of molecular structure resulting in formation of laminar structure of the material used in the pipe construction, the biaxial is new technology will increase pipe performance and strength compare with PVC-U pipe.
Aadvntages of PVC-O pipe compared with PVC-U one,
(1). Impact resistance improved by about 4 times.
(2). Wall thickness of PVC-U pipe is reduced by half, which saved about 50% raw material.
(3). Stronger water conveying capacity.
(4). Pipe with thinner wall thickness will be more convenient to install.
