<1> What is Particleboard mat forming line?

to distribute the flakes / strands evenly over the width
to uniformly feed out the flakes / strands over the length
to feed out the flakes / strands in a desired distribution over the thickness of the mat
With a standard furniture board, the flakes should be homogeneously distributed in the middle layer. The top layers or surfaces of the boards should later be tight and closed. The face sheets are therefore scattered separately from fine particles.

There has two types mat forming line, one is airflow type, another is mechnical type. They have their own each features and advantages.
For Airflorw mat forming line: the glued surface and core flakers will be separately processed with airflow and cage roll, thus to form surface gradual change-core uniform continuous PB mat. It is suitable for medium/ large capacity continuous PB production line
For Mechanical forming line: the glued surface and core flakers will be separately processed with diamond rollers and cage roll, thus to form surface gradual change-core uniform continuous PB mat. It is used for medium/ large capacity continuous press PB production line

The unit provides for the spreading of a three-layer mat, consisting by:

1 A uniform, homogeneous core Layer made up of coarser particles, without any size separation: excellent mechanical properties (panel strength, internal bond).
2 Two surface layers showing a graded structure, with particles becoming finer and finer towards the surfaces: top-quality surface finish (melamine coating even with low weight papers).
