In our Spring Facility,we manufacture"Bonnell Spring" for mattress and sofa manufacturers from all over the world.The height of "bonnell spring"can be manfactured from 100mm to 200mm with 4-5-6turns.Head diameter is from φ58mm to φ90mm with steel wire diameter from 1.90mm to 2.45mm.We apply heat treatment on "bonnell spring"in order to prevent sagging.
