This equipment is suitable for the quenching of cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears with a diameter of φ150mm~φ500mm and a height of less than 100mm.
Δ. The outer ring,the inner ring and the inner bore of the part can be pressured separately during Hardening (pressure values can be adjusted respectively);
Δ. The pressure applied can be either fixed pressure or fluctuating pressure (adjustable frequency of the pulsation);
Δ. The plane of the workbench (the lower die) has a concave and convex adjustment device;
Δ. To achieve subsection injection cooling in the process of Hardening(Oil volume and injection time can be adjusted separately).
