4. Normal Operating Conditions of the Equipment
1. Environmental Conditions: Temperature ranges from 0 to 40°C, humidity is ≤80%RH, no corrosive gases, and no strong air - flow disturbances.
2. Ventilation System: Non - contact connection to the user's exhaust system, with an exhaust capacity greater than 10m³/h.
3. Gas Source Conditions: High - purity nitrogen (99.999%)/clean and oil - free compressed air, inlet pressure is 0.2 - 0.4MPa, and gas consumption is 2 - 5m³/h.
