To protect the pipeline from corrosion, it is necessary to reduce the content of hydrogen sulfide, and adding a hydrogen sulfide inhibitor is an effective method to reduce the content of hydrogen sulfide. This product reacts with hydrogen sulfide or mercaptan to form stable water-soluble compounds, reducing the concentration of hydrogen sulfide and solving the safety and corrosion problems caused by hydrogen sulfide. Instructions
For oil and gas wells, a complete set of equipment protection can be added to the bottom of the well from the annulus space to eliminate hydrogen sulfide in the system and achieve the effect of protecting equipment and personnel safety.For the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the produced fluid of oil and gas wells, it can be directly added to the wellhead gathering and transportation pipeline to absorb the hydrogen sulfide contained in the produced fluid and protect the transportation pipeline and equipment.
This product is added to the system containing hydrogen sulfide. Theoretically, if the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the produced liquid is 100ppm (that is, the mass of hydrogen sulfide contained in 1 cubic meter of produced liquid is 0.1 kg), then 0.1 kg of produced liquid needs to be added to 1 cubic meter of produced liquid. ~0.6kg hydrogen sulfide inhibitor.
The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the hydrogen sulfide concentration at the site detection point.
