Housing dimensions: 43 × 35 × 29mm (without terminals)
Bulb and capillary: Stainless steel, with 150mm long PVC sleeve on the capillary. Capillary minimum bending radius is 5mm. No capillary sleeve for temperature ranges above 400°C (750°F).
Temperature sensing element: Oil filled bulb and capillary.
Caution: Temperature ranges above 400°C (750°F) are filled with sodium-potassium eutectic. In case of breakage of the bulb or capillary, this liquid may self-ignite at room temperature in the presence of water or moisture.
Terminals: 6.35 × 0.8 quick connect terminals, 90° bended. Straight terminals or terminals with M4 screws also available on request. (MOQ apply). Terminal positions and alignment allow the use of a connector with flat or bended terminals.
Adjustment: Dia. 6mm shaft with 4.6mm flat, length 11.5mm. Other lengths, screw driver adjustment or fixed setting available on request.
Mounting: Front bracket with 2 × M4 threads, 28mm distance.
Grounding: M4 thread on mounting bracket.

Q:What pre-sales and after-sales services do you offer?
Our pre-sales services include discussing product parameter details and product drawings. If customization is required, we will arrange for engineers to connect with you. We will also discuss price, delivery methods, delivery times, and logistics with you.After-sales services include communication to understand production batches and delivery times. We will not be responsible for issues caused by improper operation. If it is our fault, our after-sales service can provide exchange services, and the warranty period for products is calculated as one year from the date of delivery.
Q:Can I customize products? What is the customization process?
Yes, we can customize products, and we have R&D engineers to assist you. The customization process is as follows: determine product parameters -> make product drawings -> confirm the prices of products and related molds -> make 3D drawings of products ->make samples -> test various data -> ship.
Q:What is your sample policy?
We support chargeable samples, and the logistics costs will be determined based on the number of samples; we can discuss the specific costs in detail.
Q:Can I place a small batch order?
Yes, we support small batch orders. Most products allow orders of 5 to 10 pcs for sample testing. Additionally, depending on the product, we support small batch orders ranging from 30 to 500 pcs.
Q:What is your delivery time?
Different products have different delivery times. For small orders with products in stock, we can generally deliver within 7 to 15 days. The specifics will be communicated during the pre-sales service.
