Answer: Our factory is located in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China. There are about 100 workers in our factory. We are still trying to expand our capabilities. It takes about 1 hour by car from Nanchang West Railway Station. Warmly welcome to visit our factory. and we factory near Shanghai.
2.Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Answer: Yes, we can provide samples for free. You are welcome to request samples.
1). For sample order,it can sent by express company like UPS,Fedex,TNT ect.We have strong cooperation with them and if you have express collected account,you will no need to pay us.
2). For bulk order,it would sent by sea.We have our cooperation forwarder and you also can use your OWN forwarder.
3. Q: What is your warranty for the product?
Answer: 4-5 years quality warranty.
4.Q: How long is your delivery time?
Answer: Usually about 25 days, or depending on the quantity.
5. Q: How do we pay for you?
Answer: usually negotiated by wire transfer or other payment methods( T/T, LC, Paypal, western Union)
