Compose
Circuit is composed of corrugated/extendable tube,water trap,breathing bag,patient port and machine port, gas sampling port, gas monitoring port.
Product performance
- Airflow resistance: flow should be ≥30L/min,pressure difference should not exceed 0.2kp
- Connecting fastness: Under the condition of tension 45N±2N,connectors should not be apart from the tubing.
- Leakage
- Tubing supply in pairs and with a non rotary Y piece as a whole, the leakage rate should not exceed 50mL/min.
- Tubing with a rotary Y piece as a whole, the leakage rate should not exceed 150mL/min.
- Tubing in pairs with water trap, the leakage rate should not exceed 150ml/min.
- Bend flow increase: Under the condition of flow 30L/min,the pressure should not exceed 150% of the measurement when unbend.
- Compliance: Under the pressure of 6kpa, the compliance of tubing should not exceed 10ml/kpa per meter.
Method of application
- Check if the connectors are matching with anesthesia or breathing machine.
- Connect the two ports of machine with the connectors of anesthesia breathing circuit
- Check if the each connector of the tubing is fast connected. Shall precent accident falling in use.
Fix with adhesive plaster if necessary.
Contraindication
Caution in excess secretion's patient.
Notes and caution
- The product is forbidden for use if the individual package is damaged;
- Use the product during the validity period;
- Reuse is forbidden;
- Use the product under the supervisions of medical staff;
- The product should be unified destroyed after usage.
