Product Description
Blow Moulding Machine: CENTURIAL make of blow moulding machine is mainly used to make medical parts for endotracheal tubes or tracheostomy tubes saying: PVC cuffs, PVC pilot balloon. Specific moulds and auto cutting device for the PVC cuffs or PVC pilot balloons are optional.
Specifications for extruders:
- 7.5 kW SEW motor with gear coupled reducer.
- 40 mm dia. PVC screw, L/D ratio 24:1, virgin PVC granule output 18 kg/hr.
- Screw fabricated from high grade 42 CrMo steel, chrome plated.
- Bi-metallic barrel for improved abrasion resistance.
- SEW-Eurodrive® motor gearbox.
- Stainless steel in feed hopper.
