Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs that depends on the sizes of our products. But we also accept lower quantity for your first trial order.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing samples free of charge. Only a little sample charge will be needed for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes about 5-7 days, subject to your designs.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 5-7 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: How to deliver?
A: We can ship the goods by express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc. We also can ship them by sea.
