This extrusion line is mainly used for the extrusion production of PVC wall panels and ceiling panels. This line can be combined with different types of extruders and accessory machinery according to the different sizes of the panels.
PVC ceiling wall panel production line is mainly used to produce PVC ceiling, PVC wall panels with widths of 200mm,250mm, and 300mm with different section shapes and heights. The surface of the PVC ceiling can be treated by double color printing and coated with glossy oil, heat transfer printing, or lamination, which can make marble and wooden designs on the surface of products.

1. Extruder adopts cast-aluminum heating circles, high-quality thermo-controllers, air blowers for cooling, AC/DC inverter, and screw core oil circulation cooling.
2. Calibrating tables adopt a special cooling system, which can guarantee effective cooling.
3. Haul off machine adopts special lifting technology, which works stably with a powerful hauling force.
4. Cutting machine works together with the extrusion line synchronously, installed with a length-setting unit, which can guarantee high-speed cutting and a uniform length of cutting.

A. 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality certificate
Q. How can u help us when face some technical problem?
A. 24 hours by e-mail, message, calling. If problems happens need engineer we will arrange the closest or agent in local country, or send Chinese Engineers to solve in 2 weeks.
Q. Where can we get spare part?
A. we choose International Brand that customer can find it in everywhere, such as Siemens, Omron, Delixi etc, or send parts by DHL, Fedex, TNT and other express.
